Stop Eating Clean
Stop eating clean. Yes - you read that right. I am going to argue that eating clean is probably the number one reason you still feel like crap, your metabolism is trashed, and you are having troubles in your cycle and fertility.
Here’s why:
First of all, this concept of “clean eating” varies so significantly that what it means is going to be different for every person. I have seen this with one too many people, myself included. You are doing all the things the “health” industry tells you you should do. You are eating all the “health” foods like lean chicken, almond milk, nuts and seeds, salads galore. And calling it clean eating when the truth is – it may be clean but it’s not good for you.
Too many people are more focused on “eating clean” than they are on eating for nourishment. I know I was there.
I was following all the things I was told to, yet I still felt like crap and was riddled with symptoms.
I was so focused on not eating the wrong thing that I actually wouldn’t eat enough. If I was out and about and didn’t have access to the “best” option, I would just skip eating all together.
THIS IS A PROBLEM.
If you are so focused on “eating clean” that you are not eating ENOUGH, you are putting your metabolism and fertility into the crapper.
If you are so focused on “eating clean” that you are not getting enough bioavailable vitamins and minerals, you are putting your metabolism and fertility into the crapper.
